Endeavors wants to help you with your packaging services. It is a win-win venture, with your company saving on workers’ compensation and other employee benefit costs (not to mention tax credit incentives*) and our work force continues to maintain independence and community integration.

Endeavors provides employment in our center in Balsam Lake to perform contract packaging services, as well as assembly, shredding and other duties, for companies such as 3M, Vital Plastics and Kuryakyn. The contract packaging services include:

  • document shredding
  • mailings
  • labeling
  • poly bags with header or labels
  • other product packaging

*Tax Incentives & Business Partnerships: A new state tax credit (Schedule CM) that allows area businesses to claim an income and franchise tax credit equal to five percent of contracted payments for services provided non-profit Community Rehabilitation Programs like Endeavors.

Businesses can claim up to $25,000 annually for qualifying expenses. Each business can also carry forward any unused portion of their credits for a period of five years. The credit can be applied to the labor portion of any contract with Endeavors.
