Endeavors has been providing meaningful employment services for adults living with disabilities for over forty-six years. ASSEMBLY & MANUFACTURING

Endeavors offers a cost efficient option for your assembly jobs with the additional benefits of:

CONTRACT PACKAGING

Endeavors offers a variety of packaging services and production solutions at a competitive price. Contract packaging services include:

SUPERVISED WORK CREWS

Contact Endeavors for short or long term jobs and save on workers’ comp and other costly employee benefits. We provide the supervision as well. Call us for a work crew to perform the following services:

JANITORIAL

We provide the round-trip transportation and crew supervision, as well as the supplies to meet your property management needs.

BIRDERS’ SELECT BIRD SEED

Birders’ Select, our line of wild bird seed products, provides employment for adults with special needs, who mix, fill, weigh and label the 5 to 40 pound bags for our 6 blends of wild birdseed.

GREENHOUSE

Endeavors Greenhouse for wholesale tomatoes, available by phone or at farmer’s markets and local retail.

*Tax Incentives & Business Partnerships: A new state tax credit (Schedule CM) that allows area businesses to claim an income and franchise tax credit equal to five percent of contracted payments for services provided non-profit Community Rehabilitation Programs like Endeavors.

Businesses can claim up to $25,000 annually for qualifying expenses. Each business can also carry forward any unused portion of their credits for a period of five years. The credit can be applied to the labor portion of any contract with Endeavors.
