We are grateful to the United Way of St. Croix Valley for the assistance they provide to help fund our services for adults living with disabilities in Polk County.

Endeavors Adult Development Center Polk County, Wisconsin For over 45 years Endeavors Adult Development Center has carried out a mission to serve adults living with disabilities. Our Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The mission of Endeavors is to serve as mentors to promote personal growth, teach life skills and provide meaningful employment opportunities so the adults we serve may thrive in their communities. We believe Everyone has a Purpose To Learn, To Grow, and To Reach the Highest Level of Independence Possible. We presently serve 85 adults with mental and physical disabilities who range in age from 17 to 75 years of age. Endeavors is among 63 Wisconsin State Certified Community Rehabilitation Programs and maintain a license with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development as a Rehabilitation Facility. Endeavors Staff and Board of Directors strive to enrich the lives and freedoms of people living with disabilities through program objectives that promote a greater degree of self-sufficiency, self-reliance and opportunities to experience economic independence.
